Class description:

March Reset – Spring Awakening

A calming breathwork, meditation and sound bath journey designed to gently awaken your energy after winter and bring fresh clarity to mind and body.

Using SOMA headsets for an immersive personal experience, followed by a nourishing sound bath to support renewal, lightness and grounding as you step into the new season ahead.
