Hi, I'm Lisa Boogie, founder of The Boog Portal.

For nearly eight years, I have been helping people reconnect with themselves through the power of breath, sound, energy and deep relaxation. My journey with SOMA Breath began in November 2018 and like many of the people I now support, I was searching for something that could bring more balance, clarity and vitality into my life. The results were so profound that I knew I had to share this work with others.

Today, I am a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor and Transformational Coach, with over 15 years of experience in holistic wellbeing, including Reiki, sound healing, meditation, crystals and natural wellness practices.

My work has taken me into cancer support groups, addiction recovery programmes and community wellbeing projects, where I have witnessed the incredible resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of simple daily practices.

At The Boog Portal, my mission is to create experiences that help people slow down, reset their nervous system and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Whether through breathwork, sound baths, Reiki, meditation or immersive wellness experiences, my goal is always the same:

To help you feel calmer, clearer, more energised and more connected to yourself.

My approach combines science, spirituality and a healthy dose of Liverpool warmth. I believe healing doesn't need to be complicated. Sometimes the biggest shifts begin with a single breath.

As someone who is endlessly curious about human potential, I continue to explore new approaches in breathwork, biohacking, nervous system regulation and holistic wellness, bringing the best of what I learn into every session I deliver.

Because at The Boog Portal, it's not just a session.
