A calming breathwork, meditation and sound bath journey designed to help you slow down, recharge and soak up the energy of summer.

Using SOMA headsets for an immersive personal experience, followed by a nourishing sound bath to support deep relaxation, clarity and inner balance as you embrace the lighter, brighter days ahead.
