Manifest Your Desires: A Virtual Breathwork Journey

Sunday evening has a way of creeping in with dread. The week ahead starts weighing on you before it's even begun. This session is your chance to meet that feeling with breath instead of avoidance.

Join me from wherever you are for a virtual SOMA Breathwork experience, part of my Reclaiming Your Desires series. Through rhythmic, music guided breathing, we'll move through what's been building up this week and create space to reconnect with what actually lights you up, not just what's on your to-do list.

This is not a passive listen-along. You'll be an active participant the entire time, breathing, feeling, and releasing right alongside everyone else in the group, just from the comfort of your own home.

What to expect:

Deep, connected breathwork guided live over Zoom. Emotional release, nervous system reset, and a reconnection to your own desires and passions heading into the week ahead.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and a little more connected to the parts of yourself you've been putting off.
