Join us this February for a transformative day retreat designed to deepen your connection within allowing for the ultimate journey towards self-love. Step away from the external noise and immerse yourself in a day dedicated to self-discovery, healing and rejuvenation.

A day filled with breathwork, yoga, cacao and sound healing as well as other mindfulness activities; heart opening practices designed to help you connect with your true essence and journey towards self acceptance and love.

This Self-Love Retreat is a chance for you to pause, breathe and reconnect.

Whether you are seeking to deepen your self-love journey, heal from past wounds, or simply take a well-deserved break from the busy world we live in, this retreat offers a nurturing environment to explore and embrace your inner light.
