Class description:

A musical experience that combines breathwork, dance and guided meditation into one transformative experience. It begins with a guided Soma Breath meditation that flows into an ecstatic dance journey with tribal beats, super charged by energizing and electrifying Soma Breath techniques, taking you to an unforgettable peak experience that can create a natural feeling of full body ecstasy, then bringing you back into a soothing, and grounding relaxing meditation that leaves you feeling peaceful and serene. Breath Rave is a unique ceremony producing visions, inspirations, releasing negative energetic blocks and emotions. You will feel truly ecstatic, buzzing with gratitude for life and the community.
