You don't have to find your way back alone.

Join us for an evening of embodied breathwork and Reiki healing and sound, designed to release what's stuck, quiet the noise, and bring you back to your own center. Through intentional breath and energy work, you'll move through layers of tension, emotion, and stored patterns so your body can settle into what it already knows how to do: restore itself.

Breathwork activates your nervous system's natural capacity to reset. Reiki clears and balances the energy flowing through your body. Together, they create a space where deep relaxation and real transformation can happen at the same time.

Come as you are. Leave feeling like yourself again.
