Class description:

A calming guided breathwork session to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect through breath.

REGULATE: Inner Harmony is a live guided breathwork session designed to help you slow down, settle your system, and reconnect with yourself.

This session is the first step in REGULATE, a seven-day return to steadiness inside Flow Space, and part of my wider From Friction To Flow approach.

Built around the calming SOMA Breath journey Inner Harmony: Silver, this session uses breath, rhythm, and reflection to support nervous system regulation and inner steadiness.

What to expect

Please note

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a serious heart condition, or are under medical supervision, please consult your medical professional before joining. You are always welcome to skip the breath holds and simply breathe in rhythm.
