A powerful yet calming breathwork, meditation and sound bath journey designed to help you connect with your intentions, release limiting beliefs and open yourself to new possibilities.

Using SOMA headsets for an immersive personal manifestation journey, you'll be guided through rhythmical breathwork, uplifting music, positive affirmations and visualisation to help you connect with the future you wish to create.

Followed by a nourishing sound bath to support deep relaxation, reflection and inner balance, allowing you time to absorb the experience and reconnect with yourself.

The Monthly Reset is a signature wellbeing experience from The Boog Portal designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and leave feeling lighter, calmer and renewed.
