Class description:

If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. See below to find out what the specific focus of this session is.

Maybe you’ve been needing a break, but even when you finally get one… you still can’t fully relax.

Your mind keeps going.

Your body still feels tense.

There’s always something else you could be doing.

For two hours, you don’t have to do any of it.

Come float under the evening sky while Joss guides you through breathwork, then settle even deeper as Liz surrounds the pool with crystal bowls, gong, chimes and sound.

The water holds your body.

The breath gives your mind somewhere to go.

The sound moves around and underneath you.

All you have to do is get comfortable and receive.

This is our final public outdoor Floating Breathwork + Sound Ceremony of 2026 and one of our favorite ways to spend an evening.

You do NOT need to know how to swim.

Our floating airbeds support up to 300 lbs and remain on the surface of the pool. Poolside seating is also available if you would rather experience the ceremony from land.
