Class description:

If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. See below to find out what the specific focus of this session is.

Additional details:

This is a monthly ONLINE event (third Saturday at 11am Eastern time) where we dive deep into one topic using various healing modalities - especially SOMA Breath. If the monthly topic resonates for you then come explore it with expert guidance. Expect Inner Child Work, Parts Work, Limiting Beliefs work, and other tools to be used. You can expect movement, chanting, breathwork and meditation. Take a load off from the week and enjoy connecting deeply to yourself from the comfort of your own home and in community.

September topic is Allowing FULL SELF. Come to explore who you are at this point in your life. Let answers arise to questions such as: is anything I want to shed now? How could I be kinder to myself and more aligned with my true energy? What would be the highest expression of me given the cards I was dealt or what I chose into? Who wants to come out and what do they want to do?
