I would love to invite you to an evening of deep healing and rejuvenation through the power of breathwork/meditation and sound healing.

Join us from 7 PM -9 PM for an unforgettable experience. During the session, we will explore breathwork techniques that will help release tension, clear stagnant energy, and promote emotional well-being. Through intentional breathing patterns, we can access altered states of consciousness that allow for deep healing and self-discovery. This event is open to individuals of all levels—whether you are new or experienced in breathwork.
