Beyond the Noise is a three-round breath journey that gently quiets the mind, opens the heart, and reconnects you with the subtle intelligence moving through your inner world. Through rhythmic breathing, spacious holds, and guided presence, you’ll tap into the wisdom, calm, and quiet power that has been waiting within you.

I understand that I must pay prior to the start of the class and must join the class promptly at the start time.
