Hi, I’m Rhonda one of the co-owners at Waypoint Wellness HQ. What an amazing journey this has been! I have been personally experiencing the healing powers of meditation, breathwork, sound baths and somatic body work for almost a decade. It has transformed my life on every level and my passion to help others has led me here. 

 

I am a Soma certified breathwork facilitator, MBSR Meditation certified and a practitioner of sound healing. (Did I mention that I proudly own a gong?!) 

 

My sincerest desire is that Waypoint becomes and oasis of healing, connection and community. A place where you feel safe, seen, heard and valued. I’m excited to be on this path together as we help each other realize the best versions of who we are meant to be.
