Renata Chesner is the founder of RELEVION, a leadership and human performance advisory dedicated to nervous system regulation. Following an international career in banking and the fine arts in London, she discovered the power of breathwork through her own journey. It was a turning point that inspired her to become a certified breathwork instructor and facilitator. She is now based in Geneva, Switzerland. Through breathwork, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed approaches, Renata helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals cultivate resilience, clarity, presence, and sustainable performance. She also works with children, including neurodivergent young people, bringing nervous system regulation into education. Her breathwork journeys blend science with presence, offering a space to slow down, become more grounded, and shift perspective.
