Hello there! My name is Michael Barr, born and raised in the greater New Orleans area. For me, breathwork isn't just a practice; it's a lifeline. It's the tool I carry with me everywhere, ready to be deployed in any situation. Whether I'm facing a stressful interaction or navigating a tough day at work, my breath allows me to create a coherent state, keeping me grounded and connected to the present moment.

One of my greatest joys is sharing SOMA breath sessions with others. Guiding participants to unlock their inner truth, fostering a deeper connection between their minds and bodies, and ultimately improving their overall wellness outcomes.

Each breathwork session is a unique experience tailored to meet the needs of the individuals or groups involved. I love using questions and suggestions to create a "choose your own adventure" approach to breathwork, ensuring that everyone finds the path that's right for them.

As a small business owner at TeleLeaf and a certified transformational recovery coach specializing in psychedelic integration support, I've made it my mission to guide others on their healing journeys.

I'm also deeply involved in two non-profit organizations focused on trauma recovery: the Veterans Alliance for Holistic Alternatives and the Warrior Tribe Medicinal Assembly. I've provided some links below to learn more about the organizations I'm proud to be a part of.
