Melissa RENNER

Melissa Renner | SOMA Breath Instructor • Yoga Teacher • Wellness Guide

Currently based in Brisbane • Online and in-person sessions • Available to travel worldwide

Melissa is a grounded, heart-led SOMA Breath Instructor currently based in Brisbane, Australia, although she lives a beautifully nomadic life and is available to travel for in-person sessions, workshops, and retreats.

From the moment she experienced SOMA Breath, Melissa was deeply moved by its unique fusion of rhythm, music, movement, and breath. As someone who has practiced yogic breathwork and mindfulness for many years, she recognised in SOMA a powerful method for helping others return to their centre, feeling more energised, peaceful, and connected.

With a background in yoga, qigong, meditation, sound therapy, energy work/reiki, and she is a certified coach, Melissa brings a gentle, heart-led presence to every session.

Each class is a unique experience, weaving in grounding movement and energy-balancing practices to support full-body integration and inner stillness.

Melissa offers both 1:1 and group SOMA Breath sessions, online and in person, tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

She specialises in supporting women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or low in energy, guiding them back to calm, clarity, and inner strength.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to yourself after a busy season of life, Melissa invites you to experience the power of breathing consciously, and feel what it’s like to come home to you.

Her clients describe her sessions as calming, nourishing, and energetically uplifting. Many leave feeling lighter, more clear-headed, emotionally balanced, and deeply reconnected to themselves.

Melissa believes that breath is one of the most powerful medicines we have. Through this work, she hopes to help others remember that everything they're seeking… already lives within.
