Renovation of your soul
( Mill Village, NS, Canada ) , English Mill Village, NS, Canada

The profile is public

As a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades handyman, based in Nova Scotia, Canada, I’ve spent my life fixing and building things in the physical world. For a long time, however, my own internal system was out of alignment. Years of dealing with lifelong asthma, a deviated septum, and nasal polyps essentially trained me to be a chronic mouth breather. But through breathwork and a lot of perseverance, I’ve flipped the script—I am now a proud, dedicated nasal breather.

My journey to SOMA Breath feels like the perfect convergence of my past and my future. My years behind the decks as a DJ gave me a deep connection to rhythm and the power of sound, while my passion for "renovating" my own body and soul has given me a unique perspective on transformation. I’m here to help you find your own rhythm, clear your path, and breathe your way into a more energized, expansive life.
