A few years ago, my body started shutting down. Every six weeks something happened to my body. First it would be a pain in my knees, then my energy would dip severly, then I couldn't move my neck. The doctors were puzzled. They had no idea what to do.

At the time, I was an early researcher of AI and I decided to take matters into my own hands by using AI to understand what was happening to my body.

Prior to my breathwork journey, I was a seasoned tech worker (with a background in health tech) and educator focusing on web applications and the future of AI. I used these skills to breakdown what was happening in my body from a "first priniciples" (i.e. textbook) level. And then I discovered some insights that dramatically sped up my recovery.

The most shocking revelation for me was learning about how pranayama was designed to prevent the diseases that I facing and that there are protocols that have been done for thousands of years with massive success. Pranayama isn't accessible to everyone because of the dramatic changes required and the years of studying it takes to understand and apply the practices correctly. SOMA encapsulates all of the best practices and packages them up in an accessible way.

I became a SOMA Breath instructor to help other people who care about achieving peace and performance but don't have the time to study and experiment on what practices work for them.

If you're interested in achieving inner peace or peak performance, I'm happy to help guide you on your journey.
