Hi, I’m Elle, and I’m so glad you’re here. Breathwork and meditation have been a part of my life for years, but it wasn’t until I faced my own health challenges that I truly understood their power.


Despite being active and healthy, I was suddenly hit with severe pain, fainting episodes, and complications that left me searching for answers. Even a simple surgery created more issues. But I refused to accept that struggle was my new normal.


Breathwork became my light in the darkness. It helped me find calm in uncertainty, and over time, my health transformed in ways I never imagined. That’s when I knew—I had to share this.


The mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected, and your breath is the key to unlocking your full potential. Whether you seek healing, focus, relaxation, or emotional release, SOMA Breathwork will take you there.
