I’m a certified Advanced SOMA Breath Instructor, sound healer, and guide for women who feel lost in the chaos of life, motherhood, or work. If you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply running on empty - I’m here to lead you back to your heart.


Through the power of SOMA Breathwork, sound healing, and intuitive energy practices, I help you release stagnant energy, suppressed emotions, and the stress that keeps you stuck. This is more than a session - it’s a sacred space to breathe, feel, and come alive again.


Clients leave my sessions feeling calm, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves - often for the first time in years.


I offer 1:1 and group sessions both in-person in Wokingham and online, and I’m also available for retreats and corporate wellness events.
