to bring powerful breathwork and wellness practices

to places where they are needed the most.


With a foundation in fitness since 1998

and a deep immersion in wellness since 2015,

my path has evolved into a life of service.


Certified Spinning Instructor.

Sivananda Yoga Teacher trained in India.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business.


For the past years,

I have been living in the mountains of Mexico—

in the Sierra Gorda of Querétaro—

working directly with rural communities.


I facilitate breathwork and transformation

in rehabilitation centers,

middle schools,

and even with young children.


Bringing awareness.

Building resilience.

Activating healing.


Through the power of the breath.

This is more than teaching.
