Hi I’m Aeshi and I am a Soma Breath Instructor and a Counsellor. I believe that sometimes, beneath all the stress, pain, fear, and struggles of life, there is still a beautiful and powerful part of us waiting to be rediscovered.

Soma Breath came into my life during one of my most difficult chapters. Through the power of breath, I began to reconnect with myself, understand my thoughts and emotions more deeply, release limiting beliefs, and rediscover a sense of peace, strength, and purpose within me.

Today, I feel deeply grateful to share this journey with others. As a Soma Breath Instructor and Counsellor, my intention is to create a warm, safe, and loving space where you can simply come as you are to open this new chapter within you.
