My name is Nicole, I am learning and growing everyday. I am excited to be a part of Soma Breath! I started with Breath work as a part of my own healing journey, and WOW! I have not been the same person since. Breath Work has completely changed my life for the better. I am so very grateful! The world needs to know and learn, that we can heal with just our breath! This is why I'm here to learn so I can teach.
