As a CPA and an owner of a manufacturing company, I have led a very busy and stressful lifestyle. While I was raising my daughters as a single mom, my focus was on them. But I did manage to balance my professional and personal time, while making time for travel and wellness. However, there was something missing in my life, but I wasn't sure what it was.

I started practicing SOMA breath and was amazed at the benefits! Not only did I notice an improvement in my physical body, I formed a deeper connection with myself, gained clarity and focus, and became calmer and energized at the same time! For the first time in my life, I discovered my true authentic self, started prioritizing myself, and became more in tuned with what I needed in my life and what I needed to let go of.

I knew without a doubt that I needed to help others through breathwork. As soon as I got licensed, I immediately started teaching workshops and planned my first retreat in Costa Rica! The feedback I receive about my sessions and how it helps others, gives me so much fulfillment. I have discovered my true passion!

Prior to my transformation, I was getting bored and tired of my business. Since I started practicing and teaching SOMA Breath, it has ignited a new sense of excitement and passion! I have been able to propel forward, expand my manufacturing business, while managing my breathwork business.

My goal is to help others connect with themselves at a deep level, to tap into the higher power, trust your inner guidance, change limiting beliefs and really open up to limitless possibilities! I believe that first and foremost you must have a deep connection with yourself, to love yourself, and it is through you, that you will connect deeper with the Divine. With the Divine guidance you learn to trust the process, to surrender and with that comes profound peace!
