All I ever wanted was to feel better.

I came to SOMA Breathwork through my own experience of adoption and addictive eating. For years I used food to manage a nervous system that was permanently on high alert — reaching for sugar every time life got hard, every time stress hit, every time I needed something to take the edge off.

I didn't know that's what I was doing. I just knew it worked. Until it didn't.

SOMA Breathwork was the first thing that got underneath all of it. It taught me something precise: how to tell the difference between discomfort and danger — and how to experience discomfort without losing myself in fear.

That distinction sounds small. It isn't. It changed everything. Because growth doesn't happen in the comfortable places — it happens just beyond the edge of your comfort zone, where the magic of real change and renewal actually lives.

It also taught me that healing doesn't have to be heavy. When we move with the body and the breath to music and the beat, change happens — gently, and often faster than we expect.

Who I work with

I guide people who are functional, self-aware, and exhausted by their own reactions — reaching for food, for sugar, for anything that soothes, without quite understanding why they can't stop.

I hold a trauma-informed space, which means we move at a pace your nervous system can actually handle — nothing pushed, nothing forced. But I'll also gently invite you beyond what's familiar, because that's where the shift happens.

What connects breathwork and addictive eating is the same truth: we reach outside ourselves because we haven't yet learned to turn within. Everything we're looking for — the calm, the ease, the relief — is already inside us. We just haven't been shown how to access it. That's what SOMA taught me. That's what I guide others to find.

One to one sessions

Held over Zoom, 45 minutes each. As a certified SOMA Breath Facilitator, I guide you through the practice one on one and stay with you throughout — before, during, and after. This isn't meditation. It's active — rhythmic breathing and breath holds that can create a genuine shift in your body's chemistry. Psychedelics, without the psychedelics.

I am also trained in addiction recovery — including Bitten Jönsson's holistic protocols and CENAPS relapse prevention — SOMA Breath didn't replace what I knew about addiction, it completed it.

If you're ready to stop reaching outward and start turning within, I'd love to guide you there.
