You filed it away. You kept moving. And underneath it asking yourself, "is this actually what performing at my level is supposed to feel like?"


The tools you've tried helped for a while. Then the pressure returned and the range narrowed again. Probably because they were stripped of design for someone who wants to both perform and actually feel the life they've built. That gap is where I work.


My work is centred around one idea: your breath is live intelligence. A real-time live feedback system that's already telling you something. Most people never learn to read the intel. They just feel the consequences of missing the read on it.


I work with leaders, founders, executives, athletes, and teams in group containers, workshops, courses, and selective 1:1 engagements, especially for how to operate under pressure.
