Part of this awakening came through her lifelong struggle with asthma, an experience that had shaped much of her life. Through breathwork, Joss learned to manage her asthma without medication, a transformation that deepened her trust in the body’s internal wisdom and affirmed her commitment to sharing this powerful work with others.
