Hey, I'm Christine. I run jazzy, soul nurturing breathwork and meditation sessions, in Rishikesh, India and online.

Having spent the last 4 years running sessions in London, UK - I’ve done everything from running community classes and school behavioural intervention sessions, to working with suicidal teens in psychiatric live in facilities, to being a repeat provider of corporate wellness sessions to a multinational corporation within the automotive industry- including delivering sessions to their whole company, factory floor workers included.

Now with that experience, I have slowed down with more of a relaxation and meditation focus and it’s been lovely tap into the raised frequency here in India.

I am a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor, prior to which I was a certified Pranayama and Breathwork facilitator. I am also an OSHO Meditations facilitator and have an ongoing role at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India.

I am able to use a variety of these techniques and methods in my work, also now combing tarot reading with subconscious imprinting to help move through challenges with more clarity and confidence.

I was also a secondary teacher for 20 years, so I am able to provide training and education and assessment with my services if necessary. 

I work with small groups, private 1:1s, schools, and businesses running bespoke corporate sessions for wellness, or HR purposes, both in person and online. I am also now offering personalized luxury retreats in Gujarat, which I cohost with my husband who is also a breathwork and meditation teacher- and we combine multiple modalities for these.

You won’t find many photos and videos of my work- as the last thing my clients want is someone photographing them in these deep experiences. I respect your privacy and confidentiality.
