Class description:

So many of us learned that being kind meant disappearing a little. Shrinking our needs, softening our truth, giving until there's nothing left to give.

This virtual SOMA Breath Journey explores a different kind of compassion, the kind that includes you. Through guided, music led breathwork and visualization, you'll have space to soften toward yourself and the people you love without losing yourself in the process. The breath will help you notice where you've been abandoning your own needs to keep the peace, and begin practicing what it feels like to stay present with yourself even while holding space for someone else.

This session is held live over Zoom, and your first class with me is free. All I ask is your email to register and send you the link. A donation is welcome at the end if the practice moves you.

No breathwork experience needed. Only a willingness to show up honestly.
