Class description:

This is a SOMA Breath Journey built around a single intention: letting yourself be seen.

So much of our energy goes toward managing how we're perceived that we forget what it feels like to simply be witnessed, by ourselves first, then by the people around us. Through guided, music led breathwork and visualization, this session invites your nervous system to soften that guard. As the breath settles you into your body, you'll have space to meet the parts of you that usually stay hidden, and let them take up a little more room.

I'll hold the container for you the whole way through as a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor. No breathwork experience is needed, only a willingness to show up honestly.

This session is held live over Zoom, and your first class with me is free. All I ask is your email to register and send you the link. A donation is welcome at the end if the practice moves you.

Come with a comfortable place to lie down, water nearby, and a journal if you'd like to write afterward.
