Class description:

If you want to dive deep into a focused meditative state a SOMA Breath Journey will get you there. In a SOMA Breath Journey, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor will guide you through a customized breathwork meditation with a specific focus in mind. They will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation. See below to find out what the specific focus of this session is.

Additional details:

This is a monthly ONLINE event (third Saturday at 11am Eastern time) where we dive deep into one topic using various healing modalities - especially SOMA Breath. If the monthly topic resonates for you then come explore it with expert guidance. Expect Inner Child Work, Parts Work, Limiting Beliefs work, and other tools to be used. You can expect movement, chanting, breathwork and meditation. Take a load off from the week and enjoy connecting deeply to yourself from the comfort of your own home and in community.

This month the topic is From Fear to Faith. Let's face our fear, be with it, validate and understand and comfort any child parts or anxious ones within us. And then let's explore our own personal faith and reframe what we are telling ourselves and choose how we want to view things. Let's connect with our third eye to the spirit world, our real self higher self and receive downloads and power for good which can help us and we may feel so comforted relieved empowered light and free!
