Manisfest your Desires: A Backyard Breathwork Journey

There are things you want that you have never said out loud. Desires you have buried under shoulds and safety and other people's expectations. This is your invitation to breathe them back to the surface.

Join me for an intimate outdoor SOMA Breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with what you actually want, not what you think you should want. Through rhythmic, music guided breath, we will move stored tension and old stories out of the body and create space for your truest desires to rise up and be named.

Nestled in a beautiful shaded backyard in Cottonwood Heights, this small group setting allows for a deeper, more personal experience than a typical studio class. Limited to 19 spots so everyone has room to fully drop in.

What to expect:

Sound, breath, and movement guiding you into an altered state of consciousness, no substances required. Emotional release, clarity, and a reconnection to the parts of you that have been waiting to speak up.
