Throughout the weekend, we will create space to reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with the simple beauty that becomes available when we allow ourselves to fully arrive here.
Together, through breathwork, movement, sound, reflection, nature, rest, and meaningful connection, we will gently cultivate a deeper sense of presence, not only for this weekend, but for the way we return to our everyday lives.
A reminder that life itself can become sacred when we learn to meet it with presence.
