Class description:

This Breath Rave includes incredible SOMA Breath music, guided Rhythmic Breathing during Ecstatic Dance/Shaking, AUM chanting and at the end seated or lying down breathwork. Come to connect to YOU as well as with others in a beautiful space and community. Building a SOMA Breath tribe in Milwaukee, WI USA! Monthly on the 4th Saturday of the month (none in July but otherwise they're booked through November 2026 if you'd like to mark your calendar!)

Additional details:

We tend to linger afterward and play harmonium (some instruments available to pickup and play) sing chant ... have masala tea decompress and socialize:) Last month Ryan Stanfa brought his massage table and offered free massage! Karthik brought incredibly delicious samosas and jamun balls! Let's see how May develops.. any ideas feel free to reachout!
