Class description:

This will be an EPIC event where we come together for Ecstatic Dance, shaking (powerful), breathing in rhythm (let's raise our vibration to the night sky and world!) and holding breath as possible/wanted (all levels welcome from no holding to experienced). Come on out to connect deeply with your own heart/higher power/higher self/love/light - your consciousness and inner guru. Let's raise the roof and fill Pink House Studio with all our love, energy and highest vibration. Expect to feel ecstasy or possibly to "move" emotion. All are welcome - if you have a physical or other limitation - adjustments can be made, sitting is possible, feel free to reach out ahead of time if you have Q's at bottomofbreath@gmail.com. We will be standing/dancing for a lot of the session and then also sitting/laying down closer to the end. Also you can opt to sit/lay at anytime if needed/desired.
